Est. 1911 Home Marine Insurance Association of Seattle Established in 1911 The purpose of the Marine Insurance Association of Seattle MIAS shall be to promote harmony fellowship and good practice in the profession the interchange of views opinions and personal experience and discussion of topics of interest to the profession. The active membership of MIAS consists of a diverse number of Company Underwriters Brokers Adjusters Marine Surveyors and Maritime Attorneys representing a full scope of the Marine Insurance Industry. A nonprofit organization MIAS is committed to promoting good will and educational opportunities within the marine industry.
