Hi, I’m Tiny Dancer! And I don’t remember much about the day I got hurt… but I do remember being so, so scared. I was just a tiny kitten—barely six weeks old—when a car hit me. I had a degloved chin, a swollen eye, and my little front leg was limp and cold. The person who found me could’ve kept driving. But instead… they stopped. They saw me. They picked me up off the road and took me straight to the vet. That moment saved my life. 🥺 For the past few weeks, I’ve been healing with the help of Lucky’s. I’ve had cage rest, a splint, and more cuddles than I ever knew were possible. But despite all that love, my leg isn’t getting better. The doctor says I have radial nerve damage. I can’t feel my paw. I can’t use it. And the kindest, most loving thing now… is to let it go. I’ll be getting my leg amputated soon. I’m not scared anymore—I know I’ll be okay. I know I’ll still be able to run, climb, and love just as big. And I’m going to grow into the most perfect little tripod dancer anyone’s ever seen! 🩰 The estimate for my surgery is about $942.95, and Lucky’s is asking for help so they can raise the funds before I’m big enough for my operation.
