Back to Sleep: Always place your swaddled baby on their back to sleep. 2. Hips Healthy: Ensure their legs can move freely to avoid hip problems. The swaddle should be snug around the arms and chest but loose at the hips and legs. 3. Not Too Tight: Ensure you can fit 2-3 fingers between the swaddle and their chest. 4.
