The mission of Animal Welfare Alliance is to improve the quality of life for companion animals in Henderson County, N.C. The Organization helps to make spay and neutering available for pet owners, assists in defraying the costs of spaying or neutering and other related health care costs, and provides shelter for abandoned and abused animals.
