Harm Reduction Institute Harm Reduction Institute We are a community of advocates offering harm reduction services in theheart of Santa Ana Orange County. Learnmore Our work aims to prevent the harms associated with drug use in Orange County. This includes preventing opioidrelated overdoses and decreasing the spread of HIV and Hepatitis C. Since operating in 2020 our naloxone distribution services have prevented over 4000 reported opioidrelated overdoses and connected clients to substance use treatment.
