It is the mission and duty of KWHA_CDC to provide a plethora of innovative program strategies focused on “Human Development Through the Lifespan”, which are deliberately designed for each individual or Business specifically to propel them into “Wholeness”. KWHA_CDC procure this process with the following programs which are listed but not limited to financing to higher risk, low-income borrowers, first-time homeowners, and entrepreneurs. By providing comprehensive support to borrowers from the moment they apply, through the Financial Planning process to Homeowner Counseling and then onto loan preparation, to well after they close.
