BIPOC+ Minds Matter, BIPOC Mental Health HOME ORIGIN WHAT WEx27RE DOING BOARD DONATE CONTACT More Training BIPOC Mental Health Professionals in EMDR Therapy to expand trauma treatment for underserved populations ORIGIN DONATE BOARD MISSION BIPOC Minds Matter has been organized to provide access to education for BIPOC Black Indigenous People of color therapists. More specifically the organization will provide benevolent support through distributions that will cover the costs of EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy training. Access to continued education will help create viable structural change in the mental health field with an increase diversity equity and inclusion to better serve individuals in undeRserved communities. ACTION EMDR is an evidencedbased therapy recognized by the World Health Organization as an effective treatment for PTSD that includes complex trauma resulting from systemic racism and oppression.
