Under The Umbrella is a start up community organization that provides resources and referrals for all who have hit a rough patch and need support and guidance to improve their situations in life. This ultimately leads to a better and safer community. To reduce recidivism and increase self sufficiency by providing basic needs services and referrals to underserved populations in the Austin/Travis County region; specifically those re entering the community from incarceration.
