Fort Bliss Spouses' Association: Bee the Change: Connect and Grow 🐝 FBSA is committed to giving back to the Fort Bliss and El Paso communities. We offer community grants to local organizations; merit-based scholarships to members and their immediate families; focused monthly donations to local agencies. There are numerous ways to get involved, both philanthropically and socially, within FBSA. Our motto is "Bloom Where You're Planted" and through the many social connections afforded in FBSA we are confident we are helping spouses bloom here at Fort Bliss. We cannot do this without the support of our members, our community, and the amazing team of staff and volunteers at the Fort Bliss Thrift Shop. As our longest running fundraiser (open to the public), the more successful the Thrift Shop the more we can give back to our communities.
