Turn the Page STL is a city-county wide literacy initiative dedicated to increasing the number of children that are reading at or above grade level by the end of third grade in the St. Louis community. Turn the Page STL is a city, county-wide literacy initiative dedicated to increasing the number of children that are reading at or above grade level by the end of third grade in the St. Louis community. Turn the Page STL is St. Louis' chapter of the Campaign for Grade Level Reading. Based on our community-led, collective Strategic Plan, Turn the Page STL convenes work teams to improve kindergarten readiness, summer learning, teacher preparedness, family engagement, and high-impact tutoring so that all children are reading proficiently by the end-of-third grade.
