Fitness for Good
Fitness for Good was formed to bring the community together. We pair athletes (runners or walkers) to socially isolated individuals in the community. The athlete walks or runs to visit their paired participant twice a month for a social visit. Studies have shown increased social connection has a wide range of benefits on both halves of the pairing. We also contribute to the community via service and group projects or activities. We want to form a happier, healthier community!
