Washington Center for Bleeding Disorders Welcome WACBD provides As a designated Regional Hemophilia Treatment Center HTC WIC is charged with providing comprehensive care and promoting optimal health outcomes for adults and children with hemophilia and other types of bleeding disorders throughout the State of Washington and adjoining states. Funding is exclusively derived through the operation of a federally approved 340B Pharmacy. The program income generated by this pharmacy is restricted to be used for patient health education and supportive services necessary to provide comprehensive care to patients with hemophilia or related clotting and bleeding disorders served by the HTCs. .
