The mission of HPLA (Habitaciones Para Latinos Association) is to provide minor home repair to low income home owners who are unable to maintain their property so it is safe and habitable. Secondly we try to assist the elderly stay in their homes as long as possible as to not be forced into a skilled nursing facility prematurely. Thirdly low income homeowners who have fallen on hard times, through no fault of their own, and need temporary help to navigate through hardship.
