We are committed to preventing gun violence, through education and initiatives focused on health & wellness, technology, art and workforce development. The Angellyh Yambo Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to raise awareness in the community against the numerous acts of gun violence in The Bronx, New York, and across the nation. The impact of gun violence can be felt throughout the USA, we are experiencing shootings on the streets, inside/outside schools, in the workplace and religious houses of worship. Places which were once considered safe are no longer safe. Gun violence has become a serious public health threat in our country. We are committed to the community and other nonprofit organizations that assist victims of gun violence with the goal of educating the public through awareness, youth programs/education, and preventive strategies in hopes of saving another innocent child from death by gun violence
