As we continue our commitment to Mental Health Awareness Month, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, in collaboration with our International Health & Wellness Committee, are uplifting those who uplift others: our Caregivers. We’re encouraging more than just rest. We’re encouraging safe spaces, places where caregivers can share honestly, seek support, and feel cared for, too. Creating a safe space can be as simple as offering a listening ear without judgment, checking in regularly, or encouraging professional support when needed.
