Austin Striders Track Club Track Field puts us in a lane for a better life. The Austin Striders Track Club was founded by Howard Ware and six athletes in 1978. We serve the Austin community by providing opportunities for youth to train and compete in track and field with discipline and purpose. We develop young athletes mentally and physically and prepare them for college competition.
