THE OPERATION OF A YOUTH BASEBALL LEAGUE IN THE CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK FOR THE BENEFIT OF AND USE BY ALL OF THE CHILDREN OF THAT CITY. THE PROGRAM FIELDS 75 TEAMS AND INCLUDES APPROXIMATELY 900 INDIVIDUALS WHO PLAY ORGANIZED BASEBALL DURING THE SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL SEASONS.
