Banquet was founded with the mission to create a more equitable and sustainable food system. We firmly believe that none of our neighbors should be going hungry, especially when there's enough food to go around. We've set out to resolve the distribution issues associated with food rescue so that emergency food providers are well-equipped to serve their beneficiaries and don't have to worry about having enough to go around. We've built an app so that food retailers can call for a delivery driver to facilitate the food rescue with no cost to the nonprofit.
