Walnut Knolls Association The Walnut Knolls Association is a voluntary association of homeowners who reside in the Knolls and surrounding areas. Located in unincorporated South Walnut Creek the Walnut Knolls neighborhood was established in the late 1940s. We are a close knit community with many of the original homeowners or their families still living in the Knolls. The Knolls is tucked away in a quiet and serene setting yet just minutes away from downtown Walnut Creek.
