Groundwork is dedicated to pursuing a future in which everyone’s neighborhood environment is green, healthy and resilient, while undoing legacies of poverty and racial discrimination, and breaking the trend of widening disparity between communities that are enjoying a renaissance and communities that are experiencing disinvestment, neglect, and deepening poverty. As we pursue these objectives we are mindful of the need to include all sectors in our community, including those customarily excluded from important dialogues. We have a great need to provide the guidance and opportunities for them to become part of a comprehensive solution to improve conditions for everyone.
