Text Message Optin Thursday January 25 2024 RE Boilermakers Local 104 text notifications On the first working day of each month members who are behind on their dues obligations receive text and email messages notifying them as such. Occasionally Boilermakers Local 104 will send important notifications via text message to all members as well. Our texting provider has notified us that in accordance with the Federal Communications Commissions new rules surrounding the Telephone Communications Act they are implementing requirements to optin on all text messages. Starting on January 31st 2024 only recipients who have opted in will receive text messages from Boilermakers Local 104.
