Community First Project
At Community First Project, we're dedicated to enhancing community safety by providing essential critical response training to underfunded police departments nationwide, at no cost to the departments. Founded by a retired Tier 1 Navy SEAL, our mission is to empower law enforcement with comprehensive training in areas such as de-escalation, stress management, and target identification. Leveraging techniques honed through Navy SEAL and Army Special Forces operations, we equip officers with the confidence and skills necessary to navigate challenging situations. Our program encompasses specialized instruction in school violence and active shooter response, command and control enhancement, technology integration, marksmanship, life-saving trauma care, and mental health peer counseling.
