Our Vision To become a leader in supporting people and pets through the education of owners and veterinary professionals enhancing pet health and care sponsoring community projects advancing research that betters the lives of humans and animals and providing financial support to other charitable organizations aligned with our vision and our values. Programs The Elaine and Howard Mitchell Charitable Foundation will create and support a variety of programs aligned with our vision. Some of these programs will be created by our foundation and others will be supported through joint ventures or contributions to existing charities.
