Latina Cycling Group In Bentonville, AR BY LATINAS FOR LATINAS Challenges Were Facing Due to these funding cuts weve had to scale back several critical programs Program Cancellations Our leadership training and educational workshops which offered support for mental physical and emotional wellbeing have been postponed or canceled. These programs were about more than just cyclingthey were essential in bringing people together building trust and fostering leadership within our community. Staff Layoffs Budget cuts have led to a reduction in our operational team placing an increased workload on our remaining staff and volunteers making it more difficult to continue our mission. Reduced Equipment Access Due to financial constraints we are unable to fund the necessary bike maintenance and repairs limiting opportunities for new riders to get involved.
