Founded in 2021, a 100% Volunteer based organization advocating for the voiceless. Underdog Outreach Project has a mission to reduce the dog overpopulation in the Carolina’s, specifically very rural counties that do not have its own shelter program. Our goal is to keep animals out of shelters while improving the quality of life for pets and pet owners in need. Our goal is to alleviate the burden of our overcrowded shelters and change the mindset of dog owners and help change the future for animals in the community. Services include access to dog food, low-cost spay/neuter, intervention programs that keep animals in their homes, community outreach and youth programs that inspire compassion and accountability for animals from a young age.
