Doug and Vicki Evick have fostered 21 kids in eight years. They have had the privilege of fostering many kids in the therapeutic foster care level. Children in the therapeutic foster care program have moderate to significant social, emotional, and behavioral needs requiring the extra care of a loving caregiver.
