Who we Are Community Connections is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with special needs and their families. Many children with developmental and intellectual disabilities live in a cycle of school and therapy with little opportunity for extracurricular activity. At the same time their families often lack education and a support network.
