We believe that everyone deserves a second chance and a stable environment to rebuild their lives. Thats why we are committed to acquiring properties in Shiawassee and Genesee counties and transforming them into safe affordable homes. Our primary goal is twofold to provide families in recovery with an opportunity for affordable housing and to foster a pathway to homeownership.
