Historical Site and Park in Canton, MA https://paulreveremuseum.org/ This Corporation will manage two historic buildings and grounds located at an historic site in Canton, MA. The Corporation will design, develop and manage the operations of the Paul Revere Museum of Discovery and Innovation, develop supporting attractions for public purpose, and provide educational, cultural and recreational programing at this historic site. These activities will be funded through rental income, museum and event admissions, financial support from the Town of Canton, and public and private grants, endowments and philanthropy. Revenues and expenses for the Corporation will be for the benefit of enhancing this historic site and furthering the education and recreational enjoyment of the public.

Heritage History: Bells of all sizes Although most of Revere's bells were made for churches he actually produced bells in three different sizes: the church bells (often weighed between 500 and 1,000 pounds), school bells, (weighted 100 to 500 pounds), and ship’s bells (usually weighed less than 100 pounds). Though each individual bell was profitable (averaging 50 cents a pound) the demand was never high enough to provide a major source of income. Revere only produced a little over one hundred bells between 1792 and his retirement in 1811 (though the company continued making them under Joseph Warren Revere).
