Better Well-Being for Parent and Baby Better Well-Being for Parent and Baby Pranaiya & Arthur Magoffin Foundation (PAM Foundation) is dedicated to supporting the mental health of expectant and new parents, focusing on pre- and postpartum challenges. Established in memory of Pranaiya and her son Arthur, the foundation works to prevent similar tragedies by addressing perinatal mental health through three pillars: I) Awareness and Education, to destigmatize and inform, II) Care, to ensure parents receive accessible help during critical transitions, and III) Research, to deepen understanding and improve treatment options. PAM Foundation strives to create healthier, safer journeys into parenthood for families worldwide.

It was lovely to meet up with some of the people who have been supporting PAM Foundation’s mission to create positive social impact in Thailand. Since we began in 2021, we've had the chance to connect with individuals from many different fields who recognise the importance of perinatal mental health. On Sunday, May 25th, we hosted a small gathering with a unique mix of professionals—from psychiatrists and mental health professionals, through to parenting education professionals and a translator, including even a cartoonist.
