Reflection of Inspiration - Fostering success & positive development Reflection of Inspiration ROI established in 2022 by Executive Director DeMakus Staton is a nonprofit organization based in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve success both for their families and within their communities by promoting positive development. ROI offers educational programs designed to support community groups and help them reach their aspirations. Guided by the belief that Show me your friends and Ill show you your future we aim to build confidence inspire personal growth and equip individuals and organizations for longterm success.

Keahana Lambert is the CEO of Resilient Roots Consulting LLC, a Certified Prevention Specialist, Cognitive Behaviorist, and Resiliency Educator. With a background in law enforcement and mental health, she brings a unique and compassionate approach to trauma, addiction, and healing. Keahana blends traditional Cherokee teachings with modern tools to support resilience and wellness across communities.
