The Virginia Capital Trail is a pedestrian and bicycle trail that connects Virginia’s past and present capitals of Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Richmond. The VCTF exists to protect, promote, and enhance the VA Capital Trail, a 52-mile multi-use trail.
