Big news from The Neighborhood Developers. 🎉 TND has acquired 110 Ocean Avenue in Revere and closed on construction financing to create 56 new affordable homes and 4,200 square feet of office space for North Suffolk Community Services (NSCS). The new 7-story, Passive House-designed building will include group living units, one-bedroom apartments for residents eligible for NSCS services, and two- and three-bedroom homes for families—all affordable to households earning 50% of the area median income or below.
