RRVDAP To Provide Immediate Relief Of Pain For Lowincome Dental Patients Who is elgible. Anyone who shows up who has limited access to care and is in pain is eligible. There is only a flat fee of 30 to receive care on a firstcome first serve basis. No insurance is needed or billed.
