WE SUPPORT THE EXPANSION OF QUALITY HIGHER EDUCATION IN PRISON, EMPOWER STUDENTS WHILE IN PRISON AND AFTER RELEASE, AND SHAPE PUBLIC DISCUSSION ABOUT EDUCATION AND INCARCERATION.
