Employee Rights Center – Justice for the Job – Service in the Community

The mission of this alliance is to develop training programs with business and local unions within all industry clusters in order to help furnish a more qualified work force, provide general education about important employment issues, and provide direct assistance to overcome employment and community barriers. The Alliance will particularly target low income, first time job seekers, unemployed, and those changing careers or undertaking skills upgrades. The training will focus on business needs and utilize community development projects to provide the skills necessary to earn a livable wage with benefits.
