The CatWorks Helps Homeless Cats and Dogs Through Our Adoption and Foster Programs Welcome to The CatWorks Inc. The CatWorks is a nonprofit 501C3 organization established in order to enrich the lives of abandoned feral rescued and orphaned dogs cats puppies and kittens that are without shelter food health care and love and to save the lives of homeless animals by providing temporary foster homes and ultimately permanent homes. We expanded in 2006 by adding dogs and puppies to our foster care program. In 2014 we received our kennel license from the State of Pennsylvania due to the increased number of dog adoptions.
