On April 5th, the Vail Recreation District officially launched with Kaizen, kicking things off with their extremely popular summer camp registrations. Within just a few hours, the District successfully processed hundreds of registrations, enabling residents to quickly sign up and submit Colorado-required documentation through Kaizen’s HIPAA-compliant document upload system. For staff, Kaizen’s intuitive, mobile-friendly interface dramatically reduced the volume of registration-related phone calls and emails from residents — streamlining operations compared to previous seasons. The District will go live with the rest of Kaizen’s fully ADA and Colorado HB21-2110-compliant platform, supporting facility reservations, program sign-ups, and Apple Wallet-based memberships and passes as the summer busy season heats up.
