A not-for-profit that serves as a forum to analyze and support the creation of informed federal regulations to govern the cannabis industry. The Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation (CFCR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Washington, DC. The mission of CFCR is to assist the government, and specifically federal regulatory agencies, to rethink cannabis regulations. CFCRF'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO LEGITIMIZE CANNABIS BY ASSISTING THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, ITS REGULATORY AGENCIES, AND INDUSTRY TO RETHINK, DEVELOP, AND IMPLEMENT EVIDENCE-BASED CANNABIS REGULATIONS. WE DO THIS BY BRINGING TOGETHER THE STAKEHOLDERS OF THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO CREATE A SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE MARKETPLACE.
