Our vision is to introduce, increase, expand and widen Financial Literacy among those folks who need that literacy the most here at home and in communities everywhere. Our purpose is to touch the lives of people in our community by helping them become more aware — and smarter — about their personal finances and their journey through our economic and financial systems. We endeavor to address the spiritual, psychological, emotional and technical aspects of personal finances. Our work starts with children at age 5 and follows them through a lifetime. What We Do We offer financial education and holistic programming in hopes of closing the wealth gap experienced by all marginalized populations. By educating our community in Washington DC Maryland Pennsylvania and Virginia and supporting those who need it most we aim to be a catalyst for real change. Here are four of our main areas of focus FINANCIAL LITERACY Our accessible financial literacy program empowers students to take control of their finances by learning money management goalsetting budgeting more.
