The Child Study Center of New York CSC of New York A very special preschool Philosophy Mission The Child Study Center of New York CSC was established in 1981 to aid in developing the lives of special needs children at preschool age using disciplines of psychology speech therapy occupational therapy physical therapy and artmusic therapy At CSC we believe early childhood services play a significant role in the development of children. The philosophy of CSC is to provide developmentally appropriate programs and services while aspiring to quality. We are driven to create a safe nurturing environment that enables each child to function at his or her full potential. We are approved by the NY State Education Department and licensed by the Department of Health to accept and service preschool children between the ages of 2.
