Amend Park is a City of Billings owned park managed by Amend Park Development Council Amend Park provides open field playing space and concessions for youth and adult soccer; youth lacrosse, community park recreation; picnic areas, cross country meets and community recreation.

Home - Amend Park Amend Park Amend Park Development Council About The Park Amend Park is a 60acre multiuse recreational complex which serves primarily as a soccer facility for the Billings area. As a city park Amend Park receives standard park maintenance such as one mowing per week and city park irrigation. As the sport of soccer continues to grow in Billings recreational and competitive organizations recognize that standard park care is inadequate to produce safe quality playing fields and that limited park funding makes it impossible for the City of Billings Parks Recreation Public Lands Department the City to further develop Amend Park. Amend Park Development Council APDC is a nonprofit organization working in partnership with the City to improve Amend Park.
