Mission Our mission is to care for the mind body heart and spirit of First Responders their families and the citizens whom they serve. Vision We envision a future where every First Responder in Southern Minnesota has a chaplain available to them. Holistic Wellbeing We care for First Responders in a more holistic fashion.
