A NONPROFIT FOR FIREFIGHTER REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH Policy Grants and Research The Beltane Guild has three main initiatives 1 CONSULT. Work with departments around the country to improve their reproductive health policies to better protect and serve their members 2 GRANTS. All career firefighters in the United States who are seeking fertility treatment are eligible for one of our 500 grants. It is our hope that in doing so we are providing support and a community during what can often be an emotionally and physically stressful time.
