Home Our program mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop independence confidence and fitness through participation in wheelchair basketball and other recreational and educational programs. Currently our program supports approximately 20 athletes over the course of the year. While Wheelchair Basketball is the primary activity our members also participate in bowling softball tennis sailing archery billiards fishing and boating. All teams use the moniker Hurricanes.
