The primary purpose of the organization is to rehabilitate injured and/or orphaned wildlife; and to euthanize, if necessary; then, to release back into the wild. A second purpose is the educate the public about wildlife and its function in the environment. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes; as described under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
