President and CEO Michael Charlton reflected on our first full year of Vision 2030 and shared a powerful message with all 6,500 AtlantiCare team members during a recent town hall: “Vision 2030 is not just a moment in time, this is a movement, and we’re creating it together.” Over the past year, we’ve expanded access to care, strengthened our workforce, improved health outcomes, and addressed the social and economic conditions that shape health across our region. We also celebrated the incredible work of our 6,500 team members who go above and beyond every day with compassion, professionalism, and heart.
