Healthy Hoosiers Initiative educate engage and encourage Hoosiers Overview Healthy Hoosiers Initiative HHI is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the health and wellness of Hoosiers across counties. Through a concentrated focus on collaboration with local organizations in the community HHI strives to harness the strengths of each community to craft innovative solutions that address pressing healthcare issues efficiently. We are located in Daviess County Indiana and work alongside organizations such as The Rooted Project and Daviess County Health Department. We also work with local members to create and implement resources where there are gaps in services.
