Gulf Coast Harpers Official Site Welcome to our Site. The Gulf Coast Harpers Association is a chapter of the International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen ISFHC. Our chapter is an educational support group sponsoring 3 scholarships to the Houston Summer Harp Festival A 4th scholarship provides strings music help with rental to a deserving student. The association covers the 5th6th grade prize for the local Milligan Harp competition see the Milligan Memorial Page and contributes to the Gulf Coast Cruinniu for studies in Irish music.
