TO THIS PURPOSE, A SHELTER IS PROVIDED FOR THE ANIMALS UNTIL THEY CAN BE RETURNED TO THEIR OWNER, ADOPTED IN PROPER HOMES OR HUMANELY EUTHANIZED. PROGRAMS ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC TO SPAY/NEUTER THEIR PETS TO REDUCE THE OVERPOPULATION PROBLEM.
